Pro and purchases

How do I cancel Pro?

Pro is billed by Apple, so it's cancelled through Apple: Settings > Premium > Manage subscription in the app takes you straight there. You keep Pro until the end of the period you've paid for.

I bought Pro but it's not showing.

Go to Settings > Premium > Restore purchases. That fixes it almost every time, and it's also what to do on a new phone or after reinstalling.

Still locked? Email us with roughly when you bought it.

Your account

How do I delete my account?

Settings > Account > Delete Account. It removes your account and its data, and can't be undone.

Can I get a copy of my data?

Yes: Settings > Health & data > Export Records.

Streaks and your score

I missed a day. Did I lose my streak?

Probably not. Grace days and streak freezes cover the odd missed day on their own.

I'm going away for a while.

Turn on Settings > Tools > Vacation pause before you leave and your streak waits for you.

Why did my score go down?

Usually an overdue task: those pull the score down the most. Tap your score on Home to see where every point comes from and which task would raise it most.

Reminders, widgets and Watch

I'm not getting reminders.

Check Settings > Notifications in LifeCheck, and that notifications are allowed for LifeCheck in your iPhone's Settings. Quiet hours there will also hold them back.

How do I add the widget?

Touch and hold an empty spot on your Home Screen, tap Edit, then Add Widget, and pick LifeCheck. There's a Lock Screen widget too.

Does it work on Apple Watch?

Yes. Install LifeCheck from the Watch app on your iPhone, and add it to a watch face if you like.

How does Apple Health work with it?

Connect it in Settings > Health & data > Apple Health. Your workouts then tick off fitness tasks on their own. It's part of Pro, and your health data stays on your phone.

Is there an Android version?

Not yet. LifeCheck is iPhone only for now.
